If I recall correctly:

1) remove the e-brake boot from the console - it is attached to a ring that snaps into place - squeeze opposite sides of the boot together right where it enters the console, while pulling gently. At some point you'll free part of it, and then it will be obvious how it pulls the rest of the way off.
2) I believe there are screws/bolts under the bottom pad of the rear cupholder and inside the console.
3) Depending on how far you want/need to pull it out, you also need to unplug the switch for the flat tire sensor reset.
4) If you have an OEM armrest, there are some additional screws and bolts that affix that.
5) Depending on why you're taking it out - there's also a metal frame under the plastic console that may have to come out. It has the DSC sensor attached and some other stuff - will be pretty obvious what you have to do to get that out.
