What a difference a few months make!

Since It doesn't look like I'll be trading in for a 135i anytime soon, I decided to mess with the Mini, being I've kept it nearly stock for the past 4 years.

Before:

After:

I put in some H&R coilovers, plastidipped all the chrome (except for the door handles which are from Aesthetic Creations, and the beltline which is plain ol' electrical tape), joey mod, painted arches (got rear ended and needed a new bumper skin, so I figured why not?), and painted the wheels with Rustoleum wheel paint. Also added the M7 16% pulley for some added kick. All done since this past February. It's like having a whole new car again!

Still debating on whether or not to put driving lights back on. I kinda miss them. Maybe I can find some with an amber lens to be a little different.

It looks awesome. I especially like the painted wheel arches. How much to have this done?

Thx for the compliments. It didn't cost me too much to do the arches, I pulled all the pieces myself and dropped them off at the body shop when they painted my rear bumper. He charged me 1100 for a new bumper skin, and all the painting. insurance gave me $1000 just to fix the rear bumper. I think it would have cost me about $800 just to the arches if no other work was involved.

It looks cool! The middle grille seems to stick out a bit--quite noticable in your photos. Perhaps more aggression with the Dremel is needed?
The wheel arches do look very nice!
