Hey - quick question!
Hey - quick question!
I have a 2006 MC. I LOVE IT! anyway...
you know how you get two regular keys, and then the plastic backup/valet key for your car? ... ok well... I'm a student at VT; originally live in NJ. My other regular key is up in NJ, and i have one down in VA. Well i keep that spare plastic one in my wallet. i took it out the other day and i found that it was broken in two. :-( now i have to be super careful that i don't lock my keys in my car... (even though its really hard to do in a mini, but regardless)
anyone have any idea how i can go about replacing this key? how much? anywhere close to 24060 or 08807?
thanks for your help!
BTW.. i was reading this other forum (off topic) and i ALWAYS wave to other minis when i see them on Interstate 81! :-)

When I bought my MINI (Used) it only came with one key. I wanted a spare key but the remote key is pretty expensive. I ended up ordering a regular metal key without the remote I think it was $40. Just go to a MINI dealer and they can help you out.
