Needing Help ASAP

Alright summarized version- The weekend before christmas driving on an icy road I slid into a curb bent my lower control arm, and tie rod end and a few other things.

Now jumping to Jan 19th I get my car back from the body shop so far it feels normal. So as I am driving I notice when I use the brakes I feel this out of balance feeling. Then as the week progresses the weather is amazing so I have my windows down I start to hear a once a rotation squeak. First thing I think what now. I looked at my invoice from the body shop and they have replaced everything except for the axle and the coilover which are fine. Just from that gives me greater reason its the wheel not the suspension components

So far I think I have narrowed it down to bent wheels because in the past I have hit a few pot holes and have seen the dents on the inner lip also the weight added to try to keep the wheel in balance and then hitting this curb may have really took that particular wheel way out of wack casing it to have a very very small wobble.

Quickest way to figure out if it's the wheel: swap it with one of the rears and see if the symtom moves/changes.

Theres the other problem through rotating wheels periodically I have pretty much put dents in all the inner lips from pot holes so swapping will only give the same results but in varying degrees.

well, you can take them to a tire shop and have them balance or attempt to balance them again.

You could also try to stop hitting pot holes and curbs

I know after I crashed the BMW....about 2 days later I had a vibration under braking and an on and off vibe at speeds. They replaced the hub bearing and it went away...

Vibration under braking and rotational squeek sounds like it could be a warped rotor or the bearing.

The car has new
- hub/bearing assembly
- lower control arm, ball joints, and bushings
- turning knuckle
- tie rod end

its more then likely the wheel or the rotor that I have narrowed it down.

WTF that is a good point about the censorship stuff hahahaha. so far with the problem of the topic its either the wheel is toast or warped rotor.

Move the wheel...

move the rotor and retest. If it's just one, someone in a second car can see what's moving as they drive.

Also, you can take the wheel to a better alignement shop and have the run out and out of roundness checked. Or take the car to a shop with a dial indicator and measure the motion of the rotor, the wheel or both.
