Does anybody have any experience with these inexpensive pads for an 04 MCS?

You might find this link helpful, https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=157060 Please read the whole thread and you will see where that NAM member ended up with $20 pads. I understand the need to save money. While I sell one of the highest priced pads on the market there are many other NAM vendors that sell good pads for much less and you will know what you are getting.

"Pay now or pay later" is still true.

Origional owner of my Mini put some very cheap pads on, needless to say the car stopped worse than my 1992 Civic with drums in the rear.

First thing I changed were the pads, it was almost scary how bad the brakes were.

I highly recomend not cheaping out on braking components.
