Silly window question.

Is it possible to just have the window go down a tiny bit? I like a bit of a breeze and can't seem to finagle the window down just a half inch or so. I have a 2006 if that makes any difference. It goes into auto down mode or auto up when trying to set it, I can see me burning out the window motor trying to get it where I want it.

Many thanks. peter

if you push the toggle all the way down it goes into auto mode if you tap it down it only goes down a bit

If I want my window down 1/4" I have to press the button down to open the window about 2 inches and then bring it back up to 1/4". If you give a quick push down on the button it goes "auto down".

I also read about some computer software upgrade that will give you an "auto up". Has anyone heard of that??

I would like to have the "auto up" on my 05. Holding the up button after going through a toll booth in the winter is a PITA.

You need Ian Cull's (GBMINI) auto-up circuit.

I believe, if you tap the toggle all the way down, then it goes all the way down. If you hold it down for more than a tap then let go, the window will stop going down when you let go.

If you only want it go barely go down, you tap down, then tap up.
