Optimal Koni settings for JCW springs?

Title sums it up. Looking for the best track settings for Koni yellows with JCW springs. Assuming I will leave the rears in this setting and back off the fronts a bit for daily driving.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Oh, and no camber plates or adjustable rear control arms.

interesting combo. dinan uses yellows with custom eibach linear springs for their r53 kit. one of the suspension threads mentioned the **** setting was nearly full soft. (1/4 turn backed off of full soft?). you may want to start from there.

Because the rears are hard to get to, I would set these at half way, and then tune in the front as you gain some feel experience with these. Great shocks! I don't have these on my Mini, but I used these on other cars and have a few hundred thousand miles of experience with them...rebuildable too!

Let me know how these work out...I have a fairly new JCW kit on my car and I'm not that thrilled at this point with the setup...a wee bit too bouncy off sharp undulations making fast sweepers that contain undulations a little more interesting than I prefer.

Set up at just over 50% rear and about 60% front. Only a few miles on them so far but I am liking.

i have my koni yellows set to one full turn from the softest setting; i believe there are three full turns from softest to stiffest. when i initially installed my m7 springs/koni yellows, the guy set them on the stiffest setting! my back was killing me! just recently when i installed my new brake setup did i manage to get it to the setting i have now. much more enjoyable and passenger friendly!
