Interchangeable brake options from maybe a BMW??

Question for you fellow MINI lovers.
I've been out of the MINI scene for some time now. (Been 2 involved with my Nissan 240sx.).....Please don't throw bricks at me.... Anyway, since my 240 is down while its getting the SR20det engine rebuilt, thought I'd give my MINI a little attention that it has been lacking. Here is my question, On the Nissan 240sx (s13, 1989-1993) the car come stock with 4 lug and a weak brake set up, since going with a more powerful engine. I was able to replace the complete brake set up with the Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo set up. Front and rear went from a single piston caliper to now, 4 piston caliper up front and a 2 piston caliper in the rear and the rotors are 1"+ larger all around. EVERYTHING was just about bolt on. (also went 5 lug.) The complete set up can be had for $500.00 if not cheaper. Has anybody tried seeing if a brake system from maybe a BMW will bolt onto a MINI? Just thought I would ask since I'm looking to get a little more stopping power out of my MINI.
Thanks......

I have not seen a good and easy BMW brake that will fit the MINI.

For the MINI (Bolt on upgrades)-
Stock brakes are pretty good.
Newer MINIs come with a slightly larger and better front brake system that used to be an upgrade (JCW brakes- only for the fronts).

Wilwood brakes- many types and sizes to choose from- see TCE brakes.
Other Big Brake kits usually only for the front brakes.

Porsche option?

Too pricey.

Yeah... fundamental problem retrofitting BMW brakes to MINIs will be rotors... BMWs are 5-lug, MINIs are 4-lug....

Not to mention the MINI is FWD and the BMW RWD. For grins and giggles I looked at the possibility of changing over the hubs and there is the pesky issue of totally different bearing and drive shaft design.
