MINIacs Cookbook

One of our newest members has created a Cookbook featuring over 200 recipes with 80 MINI related photographs.

It contains recipes for appetizers, snacks & beverages, soups, salads, bread, veggies & side dishes, main dishes, desserts (mmm ... desserts), cookies (mmm ... cookies) and other tasty stuff.
It even has things I can make such as:

Single Malt Highland Scotch
Ingredients:
1 Bottle Single Malt Highland Scotch
Directions:
Open bottle of Single Malt Highland Scotch. Pour 4 to 6 ounces in a glass.
Drink. Ice is sometimes added to this recipes.

My kind of cookbook. But for those that can use a stove and/or oven there are also things in it for you.
If you are interested let me know at info@mini5280.org and I can give you price and PayPal.

This is a very nice compilation, well bound and a number of good entries. It is a fun read.

I managed to grab one at the Conclave, Pat is enjoying looking for some good stuff for dinners and weekend meals.

We had the noted Single Malt recipe committed to memory long ago.

The little stories at the begging of each section are just so funny and yes I am gility of most of them. I smiled teh hole time i was looking though my book.

What a fabulous x-mas gift idea - a MINI cookbook for a MINIac.

Good idea Teena, but I would be limited to making the Single Malt Highland Scotch recipe.
