Before and after pics of JCW springs...

I've had quite a few PM's lately asking about the JCW springs. I realize that many of you are like me and are tired of waiting for some companies to finish their product. I understand it takes time to develop and research the product correctly and I can appreciate that but I wanted to lower my car now.

Though these are not the best comparative pics, it's the only two decent pics I could find to compare before and after spacing.

The springs only lower the car .4" I know these aren't the greatest pics but almost .5" is noticeable.

The ride quality is great, I can hardly tell a difference. Though I like some of the springs that lower the car even more, I have to use this as my daily driver and I don't want to worry about speedbumps, steep driveways, etc.

The JCW springs are a great balance of looks and ride quality but most importantly, they make a noticeable difference in handling. I didn't get the shocks and struts because my car has the sport suspension and from everything I've read up on it, unless you plan on doing a tremendous amount of track time, the sport suspension with the JCW springs works great.

Just thought I'd post this since apparently there is quite an interest in these springs...

HTH's,

Mark

Thanks for the pictures! But honestly I can't notice the difference in height. It probably rides better but to make it work perfect, it might some 18" wheels?
Thanks for the post BTW! Maybe next chance you have to reshoot you might want to try non oblique angles. (ie: side, front, back)

Yeah, I know it's kinda hard to see in those pics but like I said, it only lowered it .4".

It's hard to see 1/2" difference but it was just enough. I like the looks of it being a little lower but for what I get in ride and handling, I'll take the little bit of lowering that it comes with.

I think you would be able to see it possibly if the photos were at the same angle. One is looking right at it, and the other is looking down. Nice looking ride though!

Sorry guys, I'm not much of a photo bug so my pics are few and far between. I tried to post two of the most similiar (though opposite sides) that I could. I never really thought about doing a before and after pic.
