What size of snow tires for 15" rims

Last night I picked up a set of 15" alloys for $100 and now I've got to figure out what size of snow tires to put on them. From the looks of it 195/60-15 or 185/65-15. What are people using? I'm in Canada and we're due to get a lot of snow this winter.

Thanks

185/65/15 offers the best ground clearance and section width to cut thru snow.

The garage told me I need 175/65/15 for winters, since I have 205/45/17 for OEM tires(sidewalk mags), what do you guys think?

I would like 185/65/15 better, since there is a lot more choices in that size.
