BBKS: How to measure if they will fit.
BBKS: How to measure if they will fit.
The JCW BBK is going to be released this week (or maybe it already has been) and, as I understand it, even the selection of OEM wheels that will fit is limited.
What do you need to measure to make sure the JCW Big Brake Kit or any other BBK for that matter will fit?
And does anyone know the minimum required space for the JCW BBK?

You'll need to know the profile of the kit relative to the flat surface of where the wheel sits. This represents the amount of caliper body overhang that protrudes into the back side of your wheel spokes.
Yes, I suspect there will be few stock wheels that fit this just as there are few that fit the aftermarket parts. Brand names aside they all share the same basic problem with regard to wheel fit- the stock wheels just are not BBK friendly.
See page three of the Wilwood pdf here to get an idea of what you need to know.

You can then measure this on your own wheels like this:

Where you will get this data from however I have no idea. You're on your own for that one.
