spray the allen screws with WD40 and let them sit for 30 minutes then you will be able to remove them...good luck

Try this idea. Drive the MINI as normal for 30 minutes or so. As soon as you get back home grab a water hose and a rubber hammer. Spray the exhaust pipe with water just at the base of the extension tip. Be careful not to spray the extension tip. After a couple of seconds of cooling water spray tap on the back of the tip with the rubber hammer. It still may require some convincing, but it should come off.
I took mine off real easy. Had a Grand Prix run into the back of the MINI...waa laa, I use one as a pencil holder on my office desk.

i would but but after i got them on i realized i need bigger bolts so im running to home depo and as im heading home i hear a ting ting i pull over a little farther down the road and find that i only have one exhaust tip i go back and find it but by that time it had been all bent and deformed by a big rig
so i just put the stock one back on for now
