Post brake job noise of DOOM!

Yesterday I replaced all my disks and pads. I did the most thorough job I could and cleaned and greased everything possible. I also painted the calipers. Today I took the car out to bed-in the pads. Everything normal at low speeds. car stops fine. Then when I get up to about 30 MPH and brake, it makes this ticking noise and I feel an ever so slight vibration in the petal, matching up with the sound. The rate of ticks decrease as the speed does. Anyone else had this experiance? I'm wondering if its just some grease or caliper paint that has gotten on the pad or built up on the disk?
Any Idea's?

Take the wheels off and check all the bolts again. Also check the rear inside pad make sure that the spring clip is on the piston.
