R55 Club door Window
Club door Window
I took my Clubman for a little road trip about 400 miles round trip. About halfway through I noticed more road noise then normal coming from the Club door. It sounded as if the door was not closed all the way.
After washing and drying the car when I got home I noticed the trim on the Club door was loose, it also sticks out farther then the rest of the trim. I opened the door and the epoxy that was on the window looks to have given way. I have attached photos.
Does anyone else's Club door look this way?

CSEAJS, you're not the first to report that here, unfortunately.
Now I have to go check my club door window!
I had to go find this post: Same problemo!

Yep, same problem here and there's a gap of about 1cm between the window and the molding. Took it back once to have it fixed and they said they replaced the window/molding but it was apparently glued. The glue has broken and the gap is wider. It now leaks horribly. Back to the dealer. Has anyone contacted headquarters about this? Seems like a significant design flaw.
Thanks!
Thanks!
