The DVD is being released October 7. The 1969 version is being re-released the same day. You can preorder either or both at Amazon. If you buy the collector's set (both together) it is $34.

My order is in, I can't wait...(never seen the original but I've heard its a lot of fun!

I just posted news about Will Shakespeare's Italian Job now playing (thru this weekend) at the Edinburgh Festival. It might be fun to motor across the pond and see the Bard's contribution.

The highlight of the Festival is the Mini Cooper "road tested" condoms (Motor Safely?) being handed out to advertise the play.
