Another thread here made me think of this. What games is the MINI in? And what games is it in that are any good?

I know it's in:
Midtown Madness II for Xbox
and Italian Job for all 3

Are these good?
Is it in Midnight Club (are a fake version since they don't use licences?)

Who else can't wait for GT4 with the MINI is it?

MM2 for xbox look promising because it's online and has the MINI but has anyone played it? Also how the the italian job video game? Good fun, or not so much....

I have all 3 home systems, but don't play on my CPU so keep that in mind. I've also read a lot about them on IGN.com, but I am looking for fellow MINI people's advice....

Thanks, Ben

MM2 of the Xbox is the best. http://www.gamerankings.com is a great site. It takes the average of the top 10 sites so that you aren't getting.

The Cooper S is in Project Gotham Racing 1 & 2 for XBox. Seems to be pretty good. Not very fast in those games though, and they have the suspension set exactly the same as a VW Beetle.

I have a Midtown Madness for Xbox and "Italian Job" for Playstation.

Midtown Madness is by far the best!!! I find myself playing this game alot when I have the time. Not really a video game buff but I like car driving games.

Italian Job sucks.. to me anyway. After you watch the movie and then play this game is a little corny. Some levels are fun, but I dont think its worth the money I spent.

Go Midtown Madness!!!

Yes, it's a prize car. Win the Lightweight K Cup in the beginners league, or it's a choice of 4 in the amateur league's European Championship.

the classic mini in gt3 is the best IMO you can buy upgrades for your mini, wheels, tires, engine parts ect. suspension is fully adjustable. you can also wash it and change the oil! the classic mini in gt3 is not the fastest car or the best car in the game, but it is one of the most fun to drive and tinker with. I love my virtual classic mini, it helps me pass the time waiting for my 03 MCS in sept.

There's a beautiful CR/W MCS in SHOX...not the most involved driving game, but it is fun "rally-style" video game driving, and all the damage gets repaired...for free! (or at least it only costs "pixel cash)

I also have both the original and new versions of IJ on PS2...story mode is kind of lame, but I enjoy the circuit racing!

You MUST buy a steering wheel/pedal controller...

ANybody know what's better, xbox or gamecube? I'm not a video game buff at all but my boyfriend's Mormon brother is about to go on a mission and wants to give us either his xbox or game cube. Which should I take?

Theres no minis in midnight club II, but theres a cool dodge charger that can do wheelies!

The classic mini in GT3 is awesome! I won it and fixed it up. I put a turbo and all the horsepower and suspension mods. It has 172 HP and tops out at 130 MPH
My mini in GT3 can beat all the hondas, the lupo and everything else in its class.

I actually stopped playing GT3 when i had my MINI all tricked out... that's the only car I wanted to drive...

and I loved speeding past much newer, and technically faster cars... the test track was also a blast...

And Katie.. I'd take the Game Cube... I have a PS2 and a GC, and I really like my GC better... I can't stand the X-Box personally...

Try Gran Tourismo Concept (not sure what it's called Stateside)

It has a genuine Mini Cooper S available for driving! Pity the game only
features Arcade Mode, so there's no Tuning or Upgrading available!

But it might keep you guys going until GT4 arrives!

Hey Ben! Midtown Madness II and The Italian Job are solid for MINI fans, and GT4 should be awesome too. Midnight Club has similar cars but often without official MINI licensing. For more MINI game insights, check out Home and Away Gaming for the latest updates. Enjoy the MINI gaming!
