Not sure what you are looking for specifically, but try Morristown Mini. They are a MINI dealer in NJ, but sell at discounted prices. Here's a link to the JCW "stuff"

Yes they are available to order as accessories. Not sure what the US price is, but they are $507.50 CAD (wheel only, no tire) up here in the Great White North.
Over on MINI2 there's a thread on the new "Challenge" wheels. They are R112's.
"R112 alloys with no tyres x 4 are £620"
That's roughly $1,205 for 4 wheels.

The thread on M2 seems to suggest that the R112's only available in the UK for the moment.
The R113's (below) appear to be exclusive to the US for the time being.
