Well i get woken up by my parents today and i get asked... "Do you know that some 1 keyed your car?!" and im like... "WHAT?!?!?!" i go out and there is a key mark on the back Quarter panel! those little funks keyed my car. I know exactly when it happened too. I was at best buy and i parked next to these kids and they laughed at my car but i just said funk it and i walked into the store... THATS when they did it.... If i ever see them im curbing there bums.... they better hope i dont see them again... i sooooo hope i do tho. I havent had my Car for a month and some lil beachs keyed it! that sucks sorry to hear that.. i'd be way more pissed if i were you! i was really pissed when people threw mac and cheese on my car.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. Maybe it is worth the trouble to park away from where trouble is lurking.
I hate having to think about what could be happening when I park my car.
MINI paint is pretty soft stuff. Paper towels leave scratches on my car. Yikes.

 

yea but its bull that ANY one would do that to a car... they were skinheads to (i think mabye?) but yea... im thinking about getting a camera system hooked up... but mainly i just want this crap to stop... and i wanna catch the people... if i seen em at the mall... they are bound to go again.. and ill b there! heh

actually it is covered by insurance... that scratch is deep... and yes its a small world... i told all my friends to write down any licence plate numbers of a green cavalier that the see

 

I know how you feel! Some punk kids pried the MINI logo from my boot and stole the valve caps. They left 3 pretty deep scratches.

Now I'm very careful where I park my MINI. I'm the fool you see in the grocery store parking lot at the end of the aisle, all by her lonesome. But no scratches to date!

Sorry to hear that Twinky. Dam, I know you haven't even had it for a month and I remember you talking so much about it when you were waiting. It sucks that some jealous people need to mess up someone's property. You could look at it as a compliment anyway. They had to go out of their way to mess with your car. They like you, hahaha, enough to give you that much attention. Anyways, as long as you stay on your level, things will work out. Karma is a b!*&h, and they will get it. I wouldn't do anything if I saw them. Just remember that you have a better car than them.

 

Damn, that sucks. Some people have no respect. I'm also the guy who tries to park away from everyone else. So far I have no dings or scratches, but the front of my car has all these tiny rock chips and I have a small dent on the bonnet from a tree branch that fell during a snowstorm. Sometimes you can't win.

 

i want that flame thrower thing on my car hehe and im gonna start being alot more carefull... but i think im gonna use this time to get dark grey metalic stripes on my mini if i have money... but who knows cuz im broke!

Just a small note. If you do anything. Be careful to be discrete. You don't want to create a "war" between your sweet MINI and their "junk". You have much more to loose. I would keep a low profile and stay away from being obvious in the area they tend to visit.

Another thought. I don't know how many MINIs there are in your area. In my area we have sold 550+ since the dealer opened and I know many many many of the MINIs I see on the road and parked individually. It's almost as bad as police cars with numbers on them. Each MINI is so unique that it becomes easy to tell who is doing what which means you are easily detected. MINIs do not blend in with the crowd. You are not annonymous.

A couple of thoughts. Like some of the others I have learned that these things tend to escalate by retaliation. You assume if was those guys but are you absolutely sure? Also, you will lower yourself to their level by going with revenge.

Okay, I am sure you did not want that sort of boring reasoning, so some other thoughts you might like better. Fantasies about revenge and ranting can be great outlets. I notice you are a musician. How about getting it out in your music? That's inspired some really great music.

If this sounds like it's coming from an old fart that's because it is. But an old fart that's learned some things the hard way. Hell, I once shot a man in Reno just to watch him die...whoops, sorry for the country reference.

 

yea i let alot out at band practice today =) im and positive it was them... cuz i took pics of my mini cuz i parked next to a hummer right after we got to the movies (went there directly from best buy) and i have pics of the car from earlier cuz i washed it... so yea im 99.99999999999999999999% sure its them... i know about that whole reasoning and dont go to their level but some 1 needs to to teach the punks a lesson... i dunno what ill doo or if im just gonna report em but we will see... only time can tell whathappens
