I have finally decided to pull the trigger on a 08 MCS, sold the truck, wife is on board, have my specs ready. I need to stay under 25k but I was hoping for your opinion on my options.

MCS Lib/W

DSC
LSD
White bonnet stripes
Rear fog
Cloth seats
arm rest
MFSW
16'' bridge spokes
HiFi 10-speaker sound

Thanks
-Jason

I really think the anthracite headliner is a worth the $200 upgrade...It pulls the inside of the car together very well and makes it feel right inside
(by the way this is the black headliner instead of the stock grey one)

One option I regret not ordering is the white turn signals for $100. Very difficult and expensive to change later. I thought the amber would be OK but have grown to dislike the "egg yolks" within the headlights. Rear w/amber is OK but wish I had the white w/amber bulbs up front. Good to get the rear fogs for $100 as it fills out the toggle row and you won't have the obvious blockouts where the rear fogs are installed. Enjoy your car, mine makes me smile every time I go somewhere.

Have you test driven the manual tranny with the armrest? It didn't feel right to me with the shifting experience. Rear fogs lights yes. White turn signals yes. Hi-Fi sound a must. I really like my stock leatherette seats. The dealer told me they were much easier to keep clean. Good luck, whatever you get you will love it. Just be sure to get what you want from the get-go so you don't regret it later.

I'd skip the armrest and DSC. +1 on white turn signals. Your color choices for exterior are great. You may wish to consider the tuscan beige leather interior - this would really tie the exterior inside and round out the whole look. I've seen this in person - it's incredible. It's also do-able to have the steering wheel, shifter and brake handle match - all separately available.

I'd skip the armrest, but not the DSC. The statistics on things like the DSC are very compelling, it seems to be saving quite a few lives. The armrest just gets in the way though, I hate it (and don't have it in any of ours).
