Thanks to all of you...
Thank You ALL,
This was my 1st year at MOTD. WOW what a great time.
Thanks to Mark and ALL the countless/nameless people that made MOTD 08 a great event.
Thanks to all of you that stopped by my booth to help me get a face with a name and all of your orders too.
Thanks to all of you that made MOTD FUN & SAFE.
Thanks to all of you that gave up most of Friday to drive TDT in Oliver Springs TN, and those that helped remove the fallen tree off the road too.
Thanks to all of you that drove MOTD @ Midnight
A very cool event and really fun way to drive 129.
I don't know how it could be better, but I'm sure 2009 will be even better.

It was our first MOTD, too. We had a GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT time and hated to pack up and leave so soon.
The events were a LOT of fun, the driving was EXCELLENT, but the best part, by far, was meeting so many "old" friends from NAM and making some new friends.
Pics coming soon !!
Edit: Cute, short story to share. My other half has been one of those MINI owners who loves her car but was not really a MINIAC buy any stretch of the imagination. She did a couple of minor, aesthetic mods on her PW MC and was quite content with them. So... after just three days at MOTD, she came back home and ordered a CAI (thanks Mishka and Hansie... I ordered one, too) and now she is asking me, "how did I get my exhaust to sound like THAT" ?? She wants some burble !

I too am very Thankful for everyone that made my memories of this years MOTD event an unforgetable one.
I would run through a list of names but since my memory of names is normally faulty I would'nt want to leave
anyone out, so I am Thanking everyone because everyone that came out is part of my memory that I took from there.
It is these fantastic memories that help me to make it through the day to day schtuf (intentionally misspelled).
See you at next years MOTD

Dustin, Thanks for a great TDT run, and the advice you gave me out at the AutoX. Was definately glad to put a face to the name. My first and hopefully not my last MOTD. I will email pictures later.
Thank you to the organizers for yet another good MOTD.
Chris - was nice to see you at the Dragon - sorry we only saw each other on the last day - I too had probably the best time at the Dragon. Jason (Xiek) is here at my condo in DC and continuing on to Ontario. His throat is all sore - I think he's overpartied from Dragon! :-)

It was obvious that many people did a lot of very hard work for this event. It was a terrific time and I just wanted to thank everyone who made this Dragon one of the best ever.

Thanks to everyone who didn't complain about the 'glitch' at the farewell dinner. (hope you enjoyed the candy provided by Detroit Tuned) and hope you enjoyed the food as much as I did!
Thanks to all the new and old friends I met/saw again this year for making it easier to be without Jay. (As much as I had fun, I am so glad to be back home with him! )

I would like to add to all the congrat's on pulling off a great event. The boys and I had a great time. They couldn't stop talking about about everything once we got home (after they slept through most of the ride.) We are very excited about making this an annual "boy's" weekend. (Although after all of their carrying on at home, mom and sis may join us next year which will be great too.)
