"If this cabin's a rockin'...."

Thought I'd share a story about something that happened last night. I will not tell you which cabin I was in to protect the identity of the fornicating neighbors...

After Midnight on the Dragon, my friend and I headed back to our cabin (which was one of those duplex cabins). We packed some things up and went to bed. All of the sudden, we were both awakened by a very severe rapid rocking motion in our cabin. We both jumped up from our beds and opened the door to the living room where the other guy in our cabin was packing. At first we thought he was trying to mess with us, but it was not him. We asked "was that an earth quake?" (since we have had those recently in the midwest, you know....). He said "no" and gestured towards the wall of the adjoining cabin and said that he thought there was some sort of "action" going on next door.

Seeing as this cabin is on a hillside and probably propped up on stilts or something, I could see how the floor would shake a bit....but this literally shook/rocked the building back and forth for a few seconds in an oddly familiar way.

Back to sleep we go....then a few minutes later, the cabin begins jerking back and forth rapidly again, literally shaking us in our beds! Unbelievable.

Anyway, just wanted to share the story of how our Midnight on the Dragon ended. Whatever was going on over next door certainly was interesting....and perhaps a bit impressive.

So you were in Dogpatch, also Our living room rug looked like a crime scene but the best was the lighter shaded area over the couch where someone had stolen the lovely artwork

I'd gladly take a little shaking after six nights in a war zone
