My Mom and Dad are leaving tomorrow morning for MMW, along with a few other Mnis from Canada.

Today we set the valve lash on the Swiftune 1.5:1 roller tipped rockers, did an oil/filter change, flushed brake/clutch systems, cleaned the K&N air filter etc to prepare for the 1100+ mile trek.

Here's a few photos from MMW in Irvine, CA. This year's meet was hosted by the Mini Owners of America Los Angeles club. Close to 200 Minis showed up!

The workmanship on the V8 powered Mini pickup was great.

The Mini Limo is the same Limo that was at the Paramount Premier of the Italian Job back in 2003.

The Mini engined CRX was way too funny. It was an 850cc A series motor. Also had Mini seats, gear shift, speedo, and 10" rear tires. Actually it didn't run too bad.

Some of the nicest Minis around were at this Meet. The cars and coffee on Saturday morning was fantastic.
