Low gas mileage?

See here: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=58578

His range indicator says 500+ miles. o.O We both have an '03 MCS, but he has more modifications. I currently have the 15% Alta v2.0 pulley and a custom intake w/ cotton fiber filter.

I run 93 octane fuel. Nothing but.

Before the intake & pulley, I was getting 24mpg. With the intake, I'm getting 23.7mpg on almost every tank. My range usually comes out to around 370 readout right after I fill up.

Now why am I getting lower gas mileage? Even from day one...

you cant really go off of what the OBC range meter says...it goes up and down depending on the type of driving being done....measure off the odo trip not the OBC

On a 2,500 mile trip last summer from Denver to Phoenix via Utah I averaged 62.2 mph and just a tick over 30 mpg with my problem child 2005 S. Spritited driving, but no mods tho. My mixed averages tend to be around 23-26 mpg
