Having built about a bizzillion Clubmen and the miniusa configurator, I've finally narrowed it down to 2: Pepper White w/ Black roof and trim or with a Pepper White roof and black trim. Does anyone have any photos of a PW/PW Clubman? If so, p-l-e-a-s-e help an old man out and post them. Thanks

I don't think the white roof is an option on the clubman here in the states. Just checked again, and I don't see it. Is this a custom paint order?

 

You can do a Pepper White Clubman with body color roof.

Mine just loaded to a vessel and arrive SoCal late April, I will show pictures once I get my car.

 

Didn't think of that. Duh! Should have. I have a PW clubman ordered also, but I have a black top.

 

I just ordered a PW/PW/B Clubman S on Saturday. I plan on adding some type of aftermarket black sport stripe. Hopefully it will turn out as nice as I'm picturing in my mind.

I'm surprised that MINI offers the silver roof and/or trim on the Clubman but won't offer a plain white (not pepper white) roof on the 'regular' MC or MCS.

 

i think you can still get plain white tops on MC and MCS models. just not on the clubman

 

what I meant was that you can't get a white roof on a pepper white MC or MCS.

 

I like the silver roof on the PW.

 

If I could go back in time, other than winning lotteries and such, I would have chosen pepper white with silver roof/pillars/stripes. It almost looks too good.

 

putting the pepper white/silver aside for the time being, does anyone have any photos of a pepper white clubman with a pepper white roof? anyone, bueller?

My fiance has seen a few "Hardtop" Coopers (non-Clubman) with body-color roofs lately. She said it looked a little bit too much like a "normal car" from the front. The ones she saw had no stripes.

If I get a Clubman S, it'll be Pepper White / Silver. But I like Mellow Yellow / Silver so much I might just get a Clubman (extra mileage wouldn't hurt either, and I don't care *that* much about the extra pep of an S model).

 

I want in on the pics also. I placed my order Mon. for a PW/PW

 

IMO even if you could it would look like there was a flaw in the paint job because both are hues/shades of white.

as luck would have it, I found what I was looking for in the Clubman forum over at mini2.com. I've gotta say, PW/PW/B looks great, so much so that I had my MA change my order from PW/B/B to PW/PW/B (with the Hot Chocolate cloth and leather interior).

I checked out the link. the car is listed as a 2008 MINI Cooper Clubman Clubman. If you check the details on the left, the exterior is brown and the interior is white. Some one at MINI of Dallas is working way too many hours.

 

I noticed that. We also have another dealer in the area. They have an Oxy Blue Cooper like mine listed with the exterior color as "undetermined".
