Went out earlier this morning for a fun drive with my son and on the way back home another car was honking at us..... A new Cooper Clubman, Nightfire Red/Silver with ext chrome pack and 16" bridgspokes We waived at each other and gave the thumbs up!

This is the first Clubman sighting in 3 weeks since we got the car.

The nightfire red is gorgeous if you thinking of going down the Cooper route, by all means get the ext chrome pack. I love the chrome pieces on the rear bumper

I haven't seen one yet, other than on the dealer's lot. I'm should be seeing one in my garage very soon, though.

 

We've been motoring around the Seattle area for 3 weeks now in our Clubman and have not seen another... yet.

 

I don't think it really counts, but the local Mini club had an Easter egg hunt. About 3 or 4 Clubmans were there. There was a identical Hot Chocolate and silver Clubman there like mine with one important difference, it was an S. I was so jealous. Except he didn't have the HC lounge leather, just the charcoal.

 

Haven't seen any yet around these parts - NY/CT metro area, but should quite soon.

 

I've seen two so far tooling around in Honolulu. I believe to date there are only three on island so far. I've heard there are more on order though! I have people come up to me all the time asking about it. So many in fact I've started handing out the MA's business card.

 

I think my MA told me if anyone came in and said I'd sent them and actually ordered and took delivery, I'd get something like $50...this was a while ago and, alas, it has never happened... Better write your name on those cards, too.

 

Saw another one this afternoon! Cooper Clubman Chili Red/Silver roof going east on Sunset Dr.

 

last week pulling out of "the farmers market" in LA.. spotted a PW/Blk clubman.. while driving my PW/PW clubman

 

Today is my monthaversary and after 1,550 miles, I haven't seen but two Minis going opposite on freeway here in far West Texas. Just to make my first wave to another Mini driver would be exciting and to another Clubbie would make my month.

 

Have yet to see another Clubman to wave at.....

We saw our first "other" Clubman on the road today. It was on Rte. 77 in South Portland, ME heading towards Cape Elizabeth, and it had Maine plates. It was Chili Red with a Black Top. I'm wondering if it was the original one I ordered.

 

I haven't seen another Clubman on the road yet.

 

Where have all the Minis gone, long time passing... Over 1,600 miles and still no other Minis to wave at, let alone, another Clubman.
Tim, I'm still getting around 42 mpg just regular driving around town.
Raceface, when I was stationed in El Toro back in the mid 80's, I used to road bike in Trabuco Canyon. Even though I work on a bike now, the hills in Trabuco would kill me.

 

Many Coopers but no Clubmans in upstate NY! I kinda of like it though...its nice not seeing my car everywhere

 

Yeah, I STILL haven't run the Clubman through there yet!

Alot of the greenery has come back due to the rains this year. The fires destroyed alot of the canyon about 6 months ago. So its starting to look close to normal again.

 

Drive down my street and I'll wave, beep and flash you (with my lights of course)

 

West Chester - spent my 2 favorite years as a kid there, on Nottingham Drive... sigh...

 

Fttt, there must be a lot of 45-55 mph zones around your town. I've got a few red lights to contend with to get to the turnpike, and then I try to keep it under 70 on the turnpike. I'm just about done with my first tank of gas, but according to the computer, I average 37 mpg.

 

Not bad Tim. I have a few long straight-a-ways and the when the heavy traffic kicks up, the 42 goes down to around 37.

We are very impressed and pleased with the fuel economy of the Clubman S.

 

Everytime I stop in a trafic jam or in a crossroad the people who's waiting behind me is always making a movement with their arms simulating who the rear doors open... It is so funny... Hahaha.

 

I feel like people follow me for a while to look at the car, then pass me slowly, and then slow down so that I can pass them, just so they can have another look at the car.

 

And hear the exhaust noisy and lovely sound... :D (of the Cooper S!)

 

I saw a yellow Clubman on my way to my shop this morning. Surprised me to see one in Prescott, AZ. I made my bank deposit and then returned to the spot I saw him turn into. I saw him coming out of a sidestreet. After he turned into a store I went back and left my business card on his window to welcome him aboard and let him know about the car show up here this weekend.
Haven't heard anything from him, so he probably just thinks I'm a nut or pest.
Yesterday while shopping in the Suburban I saw 5 MINIs. Of course, never when I'm in mine!
