Alarm Advice

In anticipation of ordering my ClubMan, I'm thinking of protection.... What would you recommend? Dealer installed lo-jack? Factory installed alarm? After market (brand?) ? any feedback would rock

the incidence of stolen MINI's is very very small... As long as you dont leave your key in it, it is VERY hard to steal, and the parts are not all that interchangeable.

If somebody is going to break into your car and steall your stuff, an alarm, wont be much help either.

just my 2cents.. use the money for something useful..

I skipped the alarm. The insurance discount in NY is very small, and no one pays atention to alarms anymore anyway, at least here in NY.
