Aero kit bumper, right? We had ours on for over 6 months with just the two top bolts and two top screws holding it on. The middle bolt and none of the plastic fasteners were used and we never had any issues.

Should be fine. I don't have the aero bumper, but my MCS bumper only has the top 4 screws holding it on and it doesn't hang any lower to the ground.

A small piece of aluminum flashing and some pop rivets, maybe some epoxy, and I'd have that fixed in a few minutes.

Speedwing is right. I fixed the wife's Mazda like that a few years ago, still doing fine. Fashion a piece of flashing to fit behind the crack, with some overlap on each side and top. Drill a small hole on either side of the flashing. Use the flashing as a template to drill a hole on both sides of the crack. Re-drill the holes to snuggly fit your pop-rivet. Hold the flashing behind the crack and pop in the rivets. 2 rivets should do the job, one on each side. Touch up paint, epoxy or whatever to make repair not noticable.
