We ordered these on our Lightning Blue MINI which is currently in transport, but of all the pics i've found of the Star Blaster wheels, none of them are white. Are we the first people to ever order white ones?

We're likely going to get new wheels eventually anyway, but I'm just curious to see a real world pic of them on the car. Y'know, it's a long wait, and this kind of stuff gets in my head.

So does anyone have a pic of the white Star Blasters on their MINI?

Oh well, guess we'll see what they look like in a few weeks. It's amazing that no one else has them though. *shrug*

Good luck. I ordered white S-lites in June and they should be here tomorrow. TWO cars came with silver wheels instead of white that was ordered. When I ordered my MA said "Oh, you can order those? I didn't know they still made them, we haven't gotten any on the lot."

 

Well hopefully ours will be white. I'll be disappointed if they aren't. It was an option, and the whole idea was the blue/white theme.

But, if they aren't they aren't. It's not like we'll turn down the car. We'll just get new wheels sooner I guess.

Still, the fact no one else seems to have them doesn't bode well.

 

Not ill boding at all - just makes your MINI all the more you-ified.


I'd never been a fan of white wheels before, but I'm obsessed with them on the MINI. I've got white Slites and Xlites.

 

I agree. I can't think of another car i'd like white wheels on, but it just works on the MINI. Fiance disagrees a bit, he likes black wheels, but I don't like that at all on the dark blue. So, we're probably going to compromise. White for summer, black for winter.
