Yes, the 08 cold weather package includes power fold mirrors. But the price has also increased to $500. The 07 version without power fold mirrors was $300.

 

The auto heat on the side view mirrors are nice, and the seat warmers kick ***!

 

The seat warmer would justify this in my opinion. I have manual-fold side mirrors (never use this) but agree with previous post. Seat warmer + defog mirror feature makes it worth the cost for me. But I am in frozen Northeast (ugh).

 

Seat warmer should be called seat super heater. It is much more than warm. I use it as a heating pad for my 45 year old runner's legs and sore back. Now if they would build in a massager.

 

What turns on the heated mirrors?

 

I think it's when the outside temperature is below a certain threshold, i notice mine come on automatically, just running the car. I know they do because I reach out and touch them, and low and behold they're warm :-)

I have an November build '07. I have the power-fold heated mirrors. I use them all the time(folding in part) The early build '07 cold weather package came with power-fold mirrors. They changed that toward the end of '07 to al la carte. Then as said above, raised the price in '08 and included them back into the price.
