New to the forums, is this a good deal for an 04 MCS?

I found an Red 04 MCS at an Acura dealership for $15,991 with 43,000 miles. Do you guys/gals think this is a good deal?

I test drove it and felt great! I love the supercharger whine.

I currently have an 06 Civic EX with an automatic transmission and I hate the auto. I've always loved Minis and finally decided to look for one. They are offering me 13k for my Civic which has 33k miles on it. I owe 6400 so I'll get 6600 to put down on it. I think that's pretty reasonable.

I also got a quote from Liberty Mutual and they said $80 a month. not bad at all imo.

I haven't gotten an APR yet, so I haven't figured out exactly how much my monthly payments will be, but I'm hoping to keep it around 200. Think that's reasonable?

Thanks a lot!

Can't speak for the financing end, but the price may be good. All depends on the included options, which you didn't post. I did find the one you are looking at, and it appears it has the convenience and sport package. Tires look new, body looks good. May be a good deal, I would take the key to your closest MINI dealer, and have them look up the service records on the car. Good luck. The MINI's a great car!

man thats a great deal. what are the options. i just bought my 04 with 44k for 17,500. mine has the sport package and little else. it's been great to me and i got the dealer, Princeton Mini, to fix all my problems before 50k. i got a new clutch and some other goodies that were worn. i also made documentation of some clicking and other noises so if it sprung up after warranty i would still be able to get it serviced. i would definitely make that deal.
