Could it be the clutch slave cylinder? Prayerfully you didn't glaze over your clutch before it was broken in.

Lurching.

Sounds to me like you need to adjust the pedal, because it is not fully disengaging. Loosen the nut on the clutch rod and turn the rod counterclockwise about 1 full turn. Making more of the rod stick out from the pedal. This should cure it, but you may not like the clutch feel. So, adjust as you see fit.

Could also be a bad slave or clutch master bleeding down. But try the adjustment first.

I don't think there is an adjustment rod for the clutch in the sense like it has mechanical linkage.
Since the system is all hydraulic, if there was an adjustment rod, all you'd be doing is pushing the piston farther into the clutch master cylinder.

I would start with the easiest(cheapest?)thing first, mentioned a couple of times above, the slave cylinder. Maybe try to bleed it, see if that works or helps.

I don't know how you drive your car, but i've heard of the clutch fork(inside the clutch/bell housing, actuates the throwout bearing) bending.

Did the dealer use the stock throwout bearing? Did they replace the guide tube that it rides on?

You could have a bad pressure plate, it's rare, but it does happen.

Good luck, I hope it's something easy, that doesn't require removal of the trans.
