Suspension buying just front coilovers
You would either need to find them used, or convince a dealer to break up a set they have in stock or see if a dealer will order you just the fronts.
I think Outmotoring sells these and has been reported to have excellent customer service. Not the least expensive dealer but you are in the needof something thats not quite "off the shelf".

I usually see coilovers as a set of four. You can ask vendors to see if they will sell you just the fronts-
What would be the reason to not get all four?
What are you running for suspension in the rears?
One possible reason is you have coilovers in the rear but need replacements for the front. If that is the case then rebuild the front coilovers.

But then you would have new fronts and used rears. Granted the rears don't work as hard but they may need to be rebuilt negating any savings.
IMHO that rear set for sale would good for someone that already has that setup and wants to have a set of spares on the shelf. If I was to buy them I'd send them out for rebuild right away and then box em up and let em set on the shelf till needed.
