Just had my pepper white for about 2 month now and I have notice there are more women in mini than men here in LA, especially in Pepper white. Am I wrong? I love to see how many female and male own pepper white.

We had the AtlantaMINIs 5th birthday party last weekend. There were 5 or 6 PWs there. 2 were owned by women, the rest by men. I picked my PW because my husband liked it. I knew I didn't want red,blue,black or silver. That left yellow,green,white and purple. My husband thought the white looked sharp and I couldn't argue, so PW it was.

I had a tough time deciding on the PW/B myself....being a guy I wanted something different from the normal blue and red that everyone seemed to have and I agree that the PW was sharp once I saw the color in person and my wife loved the color too....

The color white has a lot of meaning to me personally.

White is not a color, but the manifestation of the presence of all colors. The complete energy of light.

White means: purity, cleanliness, truth, innocence, spirituality, sophistication, and newness, among many other things.

 

Pepper White is definitely for women.

I mean, they just can't stay out of my PW Cooper. It's like a magnet or something.

 

I've seen about 6 other PW driving around Chicago in the last 2 months. All have been driven by guys... Maybe it's an LA/regional thing by you. Besides, if you are secure enough to not care whether you are perceived driving a "chick car", then you don't need to worry about it.

i love the color. but i get made fun of cause it's off white unlike my friends' cars. theirs look more pure white.
oh well..either way my car is better. they're just jealous.

 

When my son and I were at the dealer ordering our MCS, we were wandering around the lot trying to narrow down an exterior color. A PW/B drove by us and we both simultaneously pointed at the car and said "that's it". Prior to that we had never considered PW until we saw it in the sun light racing by us. It's a classic color

 

I got PW because I thought it would be more visible on the road and look cleaner. I don't perceive any girly-ness about PW and nobody has made any comments like that that i've heard. Maybe white cars are just a more sensible choice in LA and women tend to be a bit more sensible????

I know of 4 PW in my area (including me) and it's a 50:50 split.

Most of the PW's in our MINI club are owned by men. It seems like most of the women in the club either go for a silver MINI or any color of blue. Not me though, I'm a Chili Red girl myself!

 

My MA told me Chili Red was the girl color .
