Intercooler Sprayer

What do you guys usually use as fluid, is the wiper fluid bad for the intercooler. I would use water but I'd be afraid of the tank freezing during the winter or somthing.

Washer Fluid or Water

The first thing I did was pump out most of the Factory fluid.I did this because of several posts complaining of fluid stains. Then I filled it with regular local auto parts store fluid.A year later,I installed the Alta system, and I wondered if washer fluid spraying on components would be harmful. So,I pumped out most of the fluid, and filled it with distilled water. Now that I think about it,it never froze up during the unusually cold weather we had last December>February.Of course,I didn't use the Alta system, but I did use the washer system on the windshield.Anyway,I'll keep an eye on this discussion, thanks for bringing it up!
