Question on rain sensing wipers

Does using Rain X cause any form of interference with the sensor? I have a bunch of wipes left over from last year that I used on my old car and was wondering if I can use them on my MINI.

the sensor should not be affected...try it, can not hurt anything.

It hasn't affected mine. RainX wipes off clean so it doesn't leave an opaque "film" that could potentially interfere with the sensor.

probs?

I have encountered no problems using rain X with my auto wipers. Infact I usually turn them off.
