Suspension Camber Plates and Stock Suspension?
Camber Plates and Stock Suspension?
Looking to dial in my suspension a bit more and would like to eventually do lowering springs or coilovers. However as I piece the car together I am thinking my next step is to do front camber plates on my 05'. I have already done Webb Motorsports Extreme RSB.
Can you run the Helix Camber Plates with the stock sport suspension?

Doh..think I found my answer:
http://www.helix13.com/mini/products/suspension-chasis (YES)
So is this a good route to go regardless?
Also does the 05' have adjustable rear control arms from the factory?

Adding negative camber to the front wheels is a very worthwhile change.
There is about a half degree range in adjustment on the lower control arms for that model year. I saw an alignment report yesterday where the two rear camber settings could not be equalized with the stock control arms, so I don’t know if that issue can be generalized to other MINIs.

Man I hope so. That's enough camber for 2 MINI's.

I concur - camber plates are the MOST worthwhile handling mod for the camber challenged OEM MINI. Bar none, additional camber and a good alignment produce stunning results for even an otherwise stock MINI - you'll note improved turn-in, better cornering, and wicked performance in the bends.
As we're fond of stating, suspension, alignment, wheels and tires are the best bang for the buck mods out there if you want to go fast in the twisty bits. To us, this is where it counts the most, although it's also fun to mod to achieve greater whp, too.
Keep in mind that you're somewhat limited in the negative camber you can achieve with the OEM springs, given the coil size and limitation of the strut towers - even so, anything's better than the factory setup!
