Hello Everyone,

I have a 2007 chili Red MCS with white roof, mirrors and bonnet stripes. I wuold like to know what you think of adding a Union Jack roof decal and/or Union Jack mirror caps?

If someone can advise how to create a poll, that would be the best way to receive feedback.

Its really up to you, do YOU like how it looks. I mean you are going to be the one driving it, not the people here.

 

I like the UJ on the roof or mirrors but not both...
On a CR car I think it would look better on the roof.

I was looking at a few used MINIs before I ordered mine and one had a roof graphic. It was the US flag.

Now, I like graphics, and if it was someone else's car then that's very cool. But since I was choosing to buy one (possibly), I didn't want to get one with so much of someone else's character on it, so I ruled that one out first.

 

I ordered the Lightning Blue with the Union Jack on the roof. I think the color combo will look great (Once the car arrives).

 

I think either option adds fun character to the MINI. I also have a CR. I went with the white roof and added checkered mirror caps. It's a fun detail that lots of people comment on.

 

I would have used that as a bargaining chip to drive the price down. Tell the salesman I wanted the car but would have to have to spend the money necessary to remove it. Get a couple hundred dollars back and then go home and peel it off in 5 minutes.
