I think I saw some Eibach springs on a MCS with 205/45-16 wheels and it looked very low and just fine.
Pretty nice. I don't know all the details and didn't get a chance to talk to the owner.

Eibach springs (30mm drop = 1.18in) for sale at coopertuning.de
for 180E or approx. 210.00 pair. Recommend you take a look at
H-Sport, KW, H&R, Vogtland etc and buy the spring that meets your
requirements.

Have you seen the July 2003 issue of European Car magazine? They did a suspension upgrage of their Project Street S MINI. They used Eibach's Pro Kit and had excellent things to say about the product and the company (the story included a write-up abut Eibach's new plant in Corona, CA also).

i'lll be doing the Pro Kit on my MCS also.

I went with the "other" eibachs- the H-sport springs for about $240 (all four). When you get to Hawaii you can look me up and drive my MCS and see how it compares to yours. Yours are more adjustable and lower the car more.
Handling might be quite similar. They are still both MCS. Might depend some on the wheels we have on and my rear swaybar on firm and tower brace in the front.

$210 a pair for Eibachs? What country are you in? You can get all 4 for around $210, The S has a 1" front drop and a 1.2" rear drop, and a 1.4" drop front for reg. mini and 1.6" drop for rear

Eibach has a solid reputation in the suspension industry, you simply can't go wrong with their products. We highly recommend them.

Hope this helps,
