Feeler: Energy Suspension Bushings.

I am new to this forum but I have a question.

I work for Energy Suspension, we manufacture polyurethane bushings. I am trying to see if I were to develop a kit for the Mini Cooper S and Non S what the interested would be and what type of bushings would you be looking for (I.E. sway bar, control arms parts like that)

Welcome to NAM.

I wouldn't recommend bothering with the stock swaybar bushings, as most everyone uses aftermarket bars already. Do engine mount bushings, rear trailing arm bushings, and front control arm bushings. Those would be the ticket.

...actually, if you have the means to build hard rubber bushings in addition, you might find an expanded market.

Ha, I just email your company today and asked it you had a rear strut (shock) mount bushing. There is only one vender that has one right now.

Btter yet, how about a full upgrade kit with mounts and bushings, etc... That would sell extremely well!

The front control arm bushing is one of the first ones to fail. So, if you are looking to make things that will be needed most often, that's a good place to start.
