Picked up our sidewalk today. (There were 3 in the lot)

We went and picked up our sidewalk today. WOOHOO!

As we picked up, we saw another sidewalk (with stripes, and ralley lights) in the next room getting prepped. Our sales guy said "We just got 3 sidewalks."

Looks like there will be many more sidewalk owners joining us!

Good news!
I was praying as I saw in another article from someone saying that with sidewalk, aux input is included. Our dealer didn't think so, but it did turn out that sidewalks do come with an auxilary input in the glove box out of the factory. Floor mats were included as well.

Our sales guy was telling us some customer last month gave him a hard time because he didn't throw in a floor mat. I was sympathetic (as our dealer has been very nice to us, and they are far better then guys at Herb Chambers. I recommend people to stay away from them. I bought a Prius from the their Toyota dealership across the street and I had a horrible time as well.) and gave him 5's on the sheet as he's been very patient and friendly with us. We were planning to buy an extra rubber mat for the winter. As we were checking the car out, he came out and gave it to us for free.

BTW: Did anybody else get locking lug nuts included with their car?

Congrats!!! Welcome to the 'club'! I too got mats (opted for the rubber) and nuts. ha. NUTS.

What color did you get? And rather curious to see what the one with stripes and lights looks like!!

Since he mentioned the "other" dealer as being Herb Chambers, I assume he is talking about MINI of Peabody, the only other (really) local dealer.

Sorry,

Been busy with wedding stuff (getting married in < 3 weeks) and it was raining and our mini has spots. :(

Our mini is sparkling silver. There were 3 sidewalks with same color on the lot that day.

We did not get stripe or lights. We don't like the stripe on silver, and I think fog lights are too much bling as we got all chrome.

Though we could always change our mind...

After we take it for a wash, we'll take some pics. (I promise!).

We picked up ours at Mini of Peabody. A lot easier going and less pushy then Herb Chambers. The one with stripes and lights had a 'SOLD' on it though.

M.

Me too!! It's what attracted me to the car in the first place...well that and the wheels!

I do like the silver, however I'm STOKED that I haven't seen many Astro Black Sidewalks...LOVE that feeling of being one of the few!

For some reason they're not showing here...but I see they are from your gallery.

She sure is a beaut...I love that interior color. BTW, I think that sticker on the dash can come off

My wife got the Sidewalk package as well. Pepper White with Blue roof.
The seats were a big decider in getting it. Absolutely love the car. When my classic is finished, its getting a matching paint job.
