Anyone running a QUICKSILVER EXHAUST?
I decided to give Quicksilver a try on their new exhaust for the R56. Has anyone tried one yet? I will post up some dyno numbers when it arrives. I had one in the past on my R53 MCS and absolutely loved it before I went to the Supertrapp for SCCA Solo usage, but, with the exhaust straigh through on the R56, I am thinking the Quicksilver might be a good choice.
Here is a link that mentions 35hp increase, not sure how accurate that is but that is huge.....

They manufacture some pretty fantastic looking exhausts and for cars that are on my dream car list such as ferrari's, Lambo's, Bently's etc....
Anyone have one on an R56 yet????

I'm also really interested in this. I looked at the website and they have some pretty impressive stuff. No one is using it yet? I also called magnaflow today to see what was up but hit a dead end there. Anyone got any clue if they are thinking of doing an exhaust?

I had the quicksilver on my R53 and it was good. Less weight due to single sided muffler, nice lower tone and good burbling, nice finish and oval tail pipe tip- unique for MINI exhausts.
I did add the Miltek header to it and thought it got rather loud.
Then later I added the Miltek cat back duel exhaust to match the Miltek header and that worked OK, loudess was not as much.
If you are looking for a good street exhaust and you are doing only mid level mods and don't want too much exhaust note then Quicksilver is nice. I wouldn't add a header. Your risk, it wasn't worth it for me.
