not much going on around here. Target was a wash out as he was talking about the MB red/red MINI so we are still searching for the new one.

It seems like the supply has dried up at all the stores around me. Used to be that I would keep finding the same MINIs, now there aren't any MINIs.

yeah that happens a couple of times a year, so we keep looking anyway. I work out in my gardens more this time of year anyway. but will be going to the Yankee Candle meet up before they head to MOT. plus my Son is getting married this weekend so I have been busy with that also.

I've been looking, but with no luck. I did find a sweet retro ('60s) Batmobile. I've added it to my collection of Hollywood cars along with my JL Speed Racer series, JL General Lee, JL Herbie, and JL Lost In Space series.

Just got my monthly flier from DieCast Alley and sorry to say it doesn't look good for the MINI/Mini collection this year. Nothing on the horizon from Johnny Lightning or Greenlight.

Maybe HW and MB will treat us better...........

Just thought I would pop in to say HI! since I haven't found any new ones either, but Hubby and I will be going full steam on our home office/car collection room now that I got my Son's wedding out of the way. He is now officially HER problem. LOL! now if he didn't live in the house behind me it would be even better lol, oh well I guess I will be grateful he moved out at all.

Yup, that's the next new MINI/Mini on the horizon. And even then, it probably won't be out until near the end of the year

They are High Speed brand and came from an eBay seller in Malaysia. I had seen one or two cars, but never a set of ten. It really surprised me that I was the only person who bid on them.

I'm going to keep my eyes open to see if there are other countries and try to expand the set.

Hello everyone!

Hi! I'm new to the site (and also to the forum), although I have been lurking around for a long time! Your scale MINI collections are really amazing!

I'm from Mexico and I own a LY/W MINI Cooper. I'm also a collector of models, and since I got my MINI I've bought lots of MINI models. These (photos below) are some of the MINIs in my collection. I've recently bought a couple of Kyoshos and an AutoArt (I'll upload some photos of those later). I am amazed by their quality and detail!

I'm going to Spain early next month. I hope to find some new MINI models for my growing collection there! I might be going to Texas (Austin area) later next month too, do any of you guys know of a good place to get models (including MINIs) around there?

Best regards from Mexico!

Welcome to the forum and this thread. Nice collection so far!! As for Austin, I wish I could help you, but I haven't lived there in years.

Here you go:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Lot-of-10-Intern...QQcmdZViewItem

Looks like another set is available. Maybe shipping won't be so bad to your part of the world. I guess ultimately, the final per unit cost isn't bad, but I can't get over that shipping hump.

My latest acquisition!

My first Pepper White! Kicky huh? This a Boley 1:24 and has the light button on the bottom like the others.

Guess where I got it? The CAR WASH! Only $13! And NO, I was not there to have my MINI washed!

Here's a nice photo of my MINI collectibles shrine. It's about 80% of my total collection!

There was another white one and two yellows ones left. Didn't get/like the yellow because the graphics were really silly/cartoony. Not like the Alta/MINI stuff on this one. LOVE the red and black on the Pepper White!

If you grab the other white (and one of the yellow ones) for me, I'll happily pay for them plus shipping.

Thank you!

I need to take pictures of my latest MINIs. I'll try to do that during this week!

Thanks DeadCanDanceR! Looking forward to seeing your finds as well!

Really LOVE that flag collection Mishka. I was thinking about bidding but...

So, I bought these instead!

There was another set (eBay) when I got these - set of 6 - $30 shipped. Love that!
