Sorry, Birdman. That isn't my MINI. I just found the picture on a different forum (motoringunderground). It was posted by: DannyR53 on that forum.

It does look sweet!

I'm thinking the Outmotoring version would fit better than the OEM. It's more generic with the mounting hardware. The OEM version has a bracket that is designed for the newer grills.

BTW, xB, I think Uncle John asked me to contact you about your sig. If you still need my help, just let me know.

Ok I will. I'm still deciding what I want it to look like. I think i might order the Out Motoring badge holder to see if it will fit my Mini.

We have the OEM badge holder on our Classic and it fits nicely. You're welcome to take a look at the next KC Mini Meet! There are also plenty of badges available locally from Todd and a few in the MotoringChix boutique. Can't wait to see your Classic!!

A disatisfied customer.

Every once in a while a UPS package is lost without explanation. The worst of these happened when I shipped by 10x10 tent back from a MINI event , never to see it again.

He is not a happy man and now says he will "never order from motorswag again" and that he will make sure the mini community knows how much my company sucks. To save Mr. C the trouble of blasting me all over the world, I offer this preemptive explanation of the events.

Recently, a customer, "Mr. C" ordered a set of CheckMate "Eyes" and a Union Jack Roundel Grille badge. UPS either lost the package or it was never picked up from the shipping center at Walt Disney Studios (where I work) after I left it there with 21 other packages.

When the customer emailed me to say he had not recieved his order, I responded within 2 days, reshipped the Eyes from PA and expedited the replacement of his badge from Los Angeles.

The tracking info for the replacement eyes (top) and the original package (bottom) shipped within 7 days of the June 22 order

Here is the text of his last email. We try to please, but sometimes you just can't recover from a mishap.

Mr. C

The Union Jack Grille Badge is our top seller. When I discovered that your order was lost, I was sold out of that and was waiting for more. To expedite this I spent $150 on a rush charge and $37 for overnight shipping to get it here so that I could send it to you to replace your lost badge.

I obviously will not be able to please you., no matter what I do. Please return your eyes decals for a full refund. When you receive your magnetic badge, please do the same. You will be refunded all "out of pocket" shipping charges

We have sold over 4000 of the Cooper Contacts which you have rec'd and no one has ever said that they are "not worth the price ". I don't know what you were expecting but I've never had a complaint on that item.
Yes, the order was screwed up and you did wait an inordinately long amount of time. I did explain why this happened and attempted to remedy the situation in a timely manner.

To save you the trouble of telling the MINI community of your dissatisfaction and disgust , I will open a thread on northamericanmotoring.com regarding your order problem.

Thanks.

You told me last weekend that you would send that order out on Monday. Now
you are telling me that you did not mail the order until yesterday. I am
really put out with this. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered this simple
order and to this day I still have not received the complete order. Your
customer service is really weak. Also, the decals that I finally got are not
worth the price that I paid for them. I will never order any more products
from your company. I assumed I would at least have these items before I left
on my vacation, but I can see that isn't going to happen. When you found out
that my order had been screwed up by your company, you should have made a
better and quicker effort to get the order to me. This is bull... and I am
very angry. This cost me a total of $35.00. I order items from the internet
quite often and this is the worst service I have ever had. Also, I will make
sure a let other Mini owners what kind of bad service I got from motorswag!

NOTE: 5 weeks from June 22 would be about July 30. Today is July 14.
