That would be me. Thanks! Here's a gallery of all of them.

You can pick up some of the older ones here: http://www.toddsmods.com/metroplex.html

I'm sure Todd would still produce them. As for the newer badges, those were produced by Ed over at CooperFlags, but in limited quantities.

Here's the latest pic of my badges. I got rid of the cookie sheet for now. This will have to do until I get a fridge in the garage:

I know that DickDavid mentioned that he had some custom badges made by Ed at CooperFlags. I am considering having badges made for the Chelsea supporters group that I belong to, but was wondering if anyone had an idea of how much this would cost, what minimum orders are, etc.

Thanks.

Hmm. CooperFlags' magbadge part of the site seems to be down. Anyway, regarding my self-made badges that I posted a few months ago, they are a bit thin, but they have yet to blow away or turn ugly. If you have an inkjet printer, it really is an option.

Custom Badge

Finally posting my custom Virginia Blues & Jazz Festival grille badge. I'm not completely happy with the design, but it's a unique touch for my MINI.

I dont have any badges just yet. Just got my MINI 3 weeks ago. But after all these pics of very cool badges, i think i'm gonna have to invest in some badge holders before the badges. Anyone know if you can buy a pair of them for cheaper than just a single one?

I just saw this post. CooperFlags is now offering magnetic badges and a new Boot Badge holder. It's a good day for us MINI Badge ******.

Many more to come

Dickdavid has shown just a few of the New badges available from Cooper Flags. We have many more that will be on the site later this week.

These badges were designed to be displayed while motoring, as well as while sitting at your next event.

We also want to reach out to All Mini Clubs, to provide customized badges for their next event, or new club badges at a discounted cost. There will be a minimum order of 36 badges, however, if you need a smaller quantity, we will gladly work with you. Boot badge holders will also be offered at a discount for Mini Club group buys.

I would also like to offer a discounted cost to other badge vendors, to produce Magtastic Badges using their designs.

If you have any questions or designs you would like to see, just let us know.

Here are my custom badges that I designed. The color scheme matches my MINI; Red, White, and Chrome. I'm sure there is no need to identify the American Flag or Union Jack, But he third one is the Filipino Flag.

And these are a couple I designed for NAM member, Uglyduck.

Can anyone recommend a vendor that can or is willing to do custom magnetic badges in small volume. And I mean small. I would probably only want 2 of any design I create.

Cool designs. I'd take a Filipino flag. Good luck finding a small run vendor. Another option would be to do a group buy of your designs. I see CooperFlags does custom runs. All you need are 33 (after 2 to you and 1 to me) more buyers of your Filipino flag. There's got to be 33 more Filipino motorers out there.

I did a custom design and contacted a local vehicle graphics shop. They were willing to do 5 badges for around $10 each. A little higher than mass produced, but still not too bad.

One thing they told me was you may not want chrome vinyl as it creases and damages fairly easily. If you have that on the front and a bug hits it, it can mess up the chrome pretty bad. I had a chrome one made but use it only for shows, etc. I had several made with silver instead of chrome to use on the front the rest of the time.

Small runs for Custom Badges

True Joy,

We can do small runs of 9 badges for custom designs. The cost would be $90 for the badges and a $15 set up charge for the first order. all duplicate orders would only be the $90. Just shoot me an email if you decide to move forward.

This offer is good for anyone who has cool design ideas and wants to turn them into Magtastic Badges

Ed

I just received samples from Cooperflags for my planned Mod Squad badges. These magnetic badges are like no others. The quality is outstanding. They're so thick I though they had sent me a stack of them (they sent two). Photos below. In the thickness comparison photo a standard badge is on the left and the new Cooperflags badge is on the right.

Thanks Ed!
