That's now I got mine.. old car that I hated (Civic) was killed and I was already planning on ordering a MINI... the death of the prior car just sped it up.

they preapprove you for an amount then send you a blank check that you write. in essence it's like paying cash for your car as far as the dealer is concerned. plus, they will meet or beat most finance offers from any other bank.

they also have an online calculator that will help you figure your payment.

 

It indeed may, it all depends on a few things though... one is how much I get out of this (I am now considering hiring a lawyer b.c it looks like this is going to be a real pain in the butt ) and how my insurance costs go up (if they do) afterwards... even though everyone involved (aka the officer taht took teh report and the two cars that stopped at the scene of the accident) has said this is not my fault I know they'll &%ck&% me somehow ya know...

My thinking is that if I'm going to get stuck with a car payment now then I might as well get what I want, it just depends on how this all turns out. I'm moving in with Joe at the end of May and that will give me a little more in my budget, so while I have decided against the second job due to a few personal reasons I may.... just may... be able to finally get my dream come true.

I'm throwing a big a$$ party if I do lol........and probley sobbing like a baby when I pick her up.
