It's a suction cup mount from FilmTools. I've only used it a little so far, but I'm quite impressed. The head's fiddly, but it seems to work well. I kind of want to use a ball-head with it, too, but this is a good start. It's kind of an alternative to the VacuCam, but this can be used with a much wider array of cameras.
