new video, well, my first one.

this is my first movie made with my car. i just put in the tripod today, then i filmed my commute. the film is sped up alot, normal time is like 50 minutes. i know the quality is bad, hopefully later videos will be better. i am going to try a night shoot.

The only part that looks like fun is the freeway.

Fun effect! Really drives home the point of how much time we waste at red lights! What "tool" do you use to speed it up like that? The sped up audio really makes it.

cool movie... is there a thread that shows how to setup the tripod? are you just putting it behind the driver's seat or or are you putting on the folded down back seats or in the boot? any pictures of the setup? thanks...

Hilarious. Every time you come up on someone I cringe, though.

Thanks for the comments, i will get a picture of my setup tommorrow sometime. It's not that complex of a rig, just a tripod, no back seat, and some rope.

when i make another video, i will try and improve the quality some.

. . . again, still curious. How do you speed up the video? Is it a feature of your video camera or a post production trick?

Weird....my post has disappeared.

Looks like the same kind of set-upI used. I just put it in the boot instead and used the tie downs in there.

Good work !

dood get a chase cam mount, only 35 bucks, and installs in 2 minutes....

i dont wanna ask how long it took you to weave THAT web, you must be part spider.

Video was great by the way, and if you dont have Benny Hill music, thne you should get some. Benny hill is the pimp of all pimps and will wipe floor with any Saturday night live skit.

If I tried trick like that with my commute, vid would be like 2 seconds long. :(

Good idea on the mounting and your first video!

I posted these sped up videos a couple years ago, they've been part of my VacuCam demos
