July's Photo Contest is sponsored by VacuCam

The prize for this month will be a VacuCam Tow Hook camera mount. Although it's still being manufactured, it will be sent to the winner when its finished. (Minus the Camera and Red Tow Hook). Better pictures coming later, but it's compatible with any small video/still camera.

If that doesn't appeal to the winner, they can opt to receive a detailing DVD.

In either case, the Tow Hook mount is there to increase your shooting options or the DVD is there to help you maximize the shine on your MINI for the next photo shoot!

Thanks OctaneGuy!

What an amazing bunch of pictures. Although I really liked #17's colors and the display of clear & blurry cars, I had to go with #3. Off in the distance getting ready to have some fun with the pylons.

once again it was a hard choice. I ended up voting for #12, I don't think it's the best photo up there but it has tons of potential and I think whoevers it is should deffinately go witht the idea and try it again. I really like it, the lighting just needs to be a little better but it realy grabbed the concept well.
Good job everyone

Amazing how everybody has a completely different idea of what constitutes "out of focus". Nice shots from everyone.

I really like #17. The only thing that bothers me is that it looks like it uses a photoshop filter to obtain that really blurred look (I think it is actually a motion filter in PS if I remember correctly). If it was more of just a traditonal "out of focus" blur that was captured with the camera, I think it might look even better. Nevertheless, it is still is a pretty neat shot.

Yup, I'm feeling the same way too.

Regarding #17, take a look at this lensbaby site and galleries.

See what speednut just posted. It is definitely not a filter.

It's not a photoshop filter? Ok then, for #17. VERY Impressive.
