Ok, well, here is my first attempt at the motion at night photos. A little DiD-esq shots. Inspiration owed to DiD...

Forgive the dirty MINI... Tonight is the first clear night in a while.

 

Ah, another one. Nice. Out of the three the third one is the strongest, showing the wheel turn more and getting more of the motion effect. BTW, it looks like all three might be helped with a white balance adjustment.

 

Thanks DiD. It does need the white balance adjustment. I didn't set the camera up right... It was a fly by the seat of my pants shoot. I need to adjust the settings on the camera for the next shoot. If it wasn't so cold out, I probably would have more! I'll keep working to master it like you!!! Thanks for the inspiration!

Yeah, I finally got off my butt and shot something! I know I need a lot of work, but it's fun to shoot. I foget how much I like being behind the camera. I'll post my progress!!! Next time I'll white balance the shot a little better!
